Returns Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibilty of the buyer. We'll  pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Before returning items, please email us at jwmoore@sympatico.ca explaining what you are returning and the reason. We will send you an RMA number which you can include with your return to get faster service. We will issue the refund immediately when we get the product (PayPal preferred otherwise we will need your credit card number).

Shipping

We ship free to Canada via Canada Post. We do not ship to other countries since it is usually cheaper and quicker to buy these product in the same country. Since we pay for shipping, smaller items are mailed, and larger items are sent via expedited post which generates a tracking number.
